Denise
Front Office Administrator
Denise is a Registered Dental Assistant working in the front office at Tacoma Dental Group and is proud to be a member of Dr. Lo’s team. She enjoys creating new relationships with everyone who comes into the office and will go the extra mile to ensure that patients feel comfortable as well making sure that patients understand treatment plans and insurance benefits. Away from the office Denise enjoys crafting and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Jessie
Office Manager
Jessie Chien, who joined Tacoma Dental Group as an accountant in 2010 since the startup, is in charge of financial reporting, accounting, and payroll work for the office. She is a certified public accountant and holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Seattle University. What she loves about her job is to help Dr. Lo have accurate numbers to make sound business decisions.
Jessie grew up in Taiwan, moved to the U.S. in 2007 and married Dr. Lo in 2009. They now have a young son. She loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling around the world, and exploring the culinary wonders of the Pacific Northwest.
Suezette
Dental Hygienist
Suezette, our registered dental hygienist of 27 years, has been with our practice since 2010. She has a sunny personality with a warm heart. Her attention to details shows through her patient care. Your oral health is very important to her and she personalizes each patient’s individual needs
Suezette has two daughter, Jossy and Mady who are college students. They both enjoy singing, dancing, musical theater and sports.
Suezette is happily engaged and looking forward to marrying her sweetie Greg. Suzette and Greg love listening to music, going to concerts, and riding the Harley.
